Get Ready for 2FA
To help manage the transition to 2FA for over 50,000 members of the Northeastern community, the institution has created a schedule with deadlines by which members of each group must be enrolled. After each deadline, members of the group will be required to use 2FA to access the university’s protected online systems and services. The number of sites and services protected by 2FA will continue to increase over time.

Need Some Help?
Beginning spring 2019, all Northeastern University users with faculty, staff, or sponsored accounts will be required to enroll in 2FA. These community members should expect to use 2FA to log in to an increasing number of the university’s most frequently used online services and systems.
